About this Blog

I started this blog to share my ideas and finds from my home here in the country. We live on a "shoestring budget", and we don't have a lot of extra money. I've learned to be creative and get by or make something of my own instead of spending money. Some people think I'm crazy for using cloth diapers, making laundry detergent, baby food, or reusing plastic containers. I've found ways to make my own party decorations, cleaning supplies, and birthday cards. It's how we've learned to live, and it works for us! It's not always easy, but we're trusting God to provide for us. Hope you like visiting my little corner of the web. :)
